- Add-ons are only valid with a confirmed Playground Access Pass, 10x Pass redemption, or membership visit.
- Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety. Guests may wear their own grip socks, subject to Dreamdora’s approval.
- All additional adults and children must comply with Dreamdora’s safety, waiver, supervision, and admission requirements.
- Once confirmed, add-ons are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Dreamdora reserves the right to decline or limit add-on usage if venue capacity, safety requirements, or age restrictions are not met.
- Please ensure your add-on selections are correct before completing your purchase. Any changes after payment are subject to Dreamdora’s approval and availability.
