I confirm that I am the parent, legal guardian, or an authorised adult legally entitled to accept this Waiver on behalf of each Participating Child.

I voluntarily authorise each Participating Child to enter Dreamdora Indoor Playground and participate in age-appropriate play activities, attractions, programmes, birthday celebrations, memberships, access pass visits, private events, and any other activities provided by Dreamdora while this Waiver remains in effect.

I confirm that I have the legal authority to accept this Waiver on behalf of each participating child whose details I submit during the booking or registration process. Where I do not have such authority, I acknowledge that the child’s parent or legal guardian must complete Dreamdora’s required waiver before the child is permitted to participate.

I acknowledge that indoor playground activities involve inherent and unavoidable risks. Despite reasonable design, maintenance, supervision, and safety measures implemented by Dreamdora, accidents and injuries may occur.

Such risks include, but are not limited to:

• slips, trips, and falls;
• bumps, bruises, cuts, sprains, fractures, and other physical injuries;
• collisions with other guests, staff, structures, or playground equipment;
• injuries arising from climbing, jumping, balancing, crawling, sliding, running, or other physical activities;
• accidental misuse of equipment;
• allergic reactions, illness, or medical emergencies; and
• other risks ordinarily associated with children’s indoor recreational activities.

I understand that these risks cannot be completely eliminated and voluntarily accept the ordinary and inherent risks associated with the Participating Child’s use of Dreamdora’s facilities, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

I confirm that each Participating Child is medically fit and reasonably capable of participating in Dreamdora’s activities.

I agree to inform Dreamdora before entry of any relevant medical condition, allergy, disability, injury, behavioural concern, developmental condition, or special requirement that may affect safe participation.

I will not permit a Participating Child to enter the playground if they:

• have a fever;
• are vomiting or suffering from diarrhoea;
• have a contagious illness;
• have open or infectious wounds; or
• otherwise pose a health or safety risk to themselves or other guests.

Dreamdora shall not be responsible for incidents arising from undisclosed medical conditions or pre-existing health issues.

I acknowledge that Dreamdora is not a childcare, babysitting, or drop-off facility.

Unless expressly stated otherwise by Dreamdora, I remain solely responsible for the supervision, care, behaviour, and safety of each Participating Child at all times.

Where I am supervising multiple children, I remain responsible for ensuring that each Participating Child is adequately supervised throughout the visit.

Dreamdora reserves the right to require additional supervising adults or refuse or restrict participation where, in its reasonable opinion, adequate supervision cannot be maintained.

I will ensure that every Participating Child complies with:

• playground rules;
• age restrictions;
• safety notices;
• equipment instructions; and
• reasonable directions given by Dreamdora staff.

In the event of illness, injury, or medical emergency, I authorise Dreamdora staff to administer reasonable first aid and, where they reasonably consider it necessary, to contact emergency medical services.

Dreamdora will make reasonable efforts to contact the parent, guardian, or emergency contact as soon as practicable.

Where immediate medical treatment is reasonably required, I authorise Dreamdora to obtain emergency medical assistance before contact has been established.

I acknowledge that I remain responsible for all medical, ambulance, hospital, and related expenses unless such costs arise directly from liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, I acknowledge and agree that Dreamdora, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, delay, or inconvenience arising from:

• the ordinary and inherent risks of indoor playground activities;
• failure to comply with playground rules, safety notices, or staff instructions;
• inadequate supervision by a parent or guardian;
• misuse of playground equipment;
• the acts or omissions of other guests; or
• any circumstances beyond Dreamdora’s reasonable control.

Nothing in this Waiver excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

I acknowledge that personal belongings are brought onto the premises entirely at my own risk.

Dreamdora shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

I accept responsibility for any reasonable costs incurred in repairing, replacing, or cleaning Dreamdora’s property where damage is caused by the deliberate, reckless, or negligent acts of myself, any Participating Child under my care, or my accompanying guests.

Dreamdora may operate CCTV throughout its premises for safety, security, operational, and incident management purposes.

Dreamdora may also capture photographs or videos within the venue for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes.

If I do not wish a Participating Child to be intentionally photographed or recorded for promotional purposes, I will notify Dreamdora before entering the premises.

I acknowledge that incidental appearance in general venue, crowd, or event photography may not always be avoidable.

Commercial photography, filming, influencer content creation, or media production requires Dreamdora’s prior written approval.

I consent to Dreamdora collecting, using, storing, and disclosing personal information provided during booking, registration, membership enrolment, or admission for purposes including:

• admission and booking administration;
• membership administration;
• customer support;
• emergency response;
• incident reporting and investigation;
• insurance;
• legal and regulatory compliance;
• operational management; and
• other purposes set out in Dreamdora’s Privacy Policy.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and Dreamdora’s Privacy Policy.

I understand and agree that this Waiver remains binding for all future visits by each Participating Child unless:

• Dreamdora introduces a replacement Waiver;
• applicable law requires a new waiver to be executed; or
• I withdraw my consent in writing and Dreamdora confirms acceptance of that withdrawal before a subsequent visit.

Dreamdora reserves the right to require a new Waiver to be completed at any time.

By selecting the Waiver acceptance checkbox during the booking, membership registration, admission, or payment process, I confirm and agree that:

• I have carefully read and understood this Waiver;
• I voluntarily accept and agree to be legally bound by its terms;
• I have the legal authority to accept this Waiver on behalf of each Participating Child;
• all information provided by me is true, complete, and accurate; and
• my electronic acceptance shall have the same legal force and effect as my handwritten signature.

My acceptance will be electronically recorded when I select the Waiver acceptance checkbox during the booking, membership registration, admission, or payment process. By proceeding with my booking or admission, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to this Parent / Guardian Waiver & Assumption of Risk. If I do not agree to these terms, I understand that the Participating Child(ren) and I must not enter or use Dreamdora’s facilities.
