Once the cake has been baked, decorated, or production has started, no design changes are allowed. Custom designs are subject to supplier availability, production limits, and final confirmation.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us clearly in writing before payment. Some cakes may include non-edible decorations or packaging items, and customers are responsible for removing them before consumption.

Cake production will only begin after payment is completed and design details are confirmed. Orders without successful payment confirmation may not be reserved or processed.

Any change request is subject to supplier availability and approval. DreamDora or the appointed cake supplier reserves the right to cancel an order if fulfilment is not possible. Where applicable, approved credits may be issued based on DreamDora or supplier discretion.

DreamDora and the cake supplier are not responsible for complaints made after the cake has been under the customer’s care, storage, handling, or after consumption. Any approved refund, exchange, or credit will be handled based on the supplier’s review and discretion.

The final cake will be prepared based on the confirmed order details, selected design direction, and supplier’s production process.

DreamDora reserves the right to verify booking details, customer identity, ticket type, membership status and payment confirmation before allowing entry. Incorrect, duplicated, expired, transferred, resold or suspicious bookings may be rejected without refund.

Customers are advised to arrive before the session starts. DreamDora may end the session according to the booked timing even if the customer arrives late. Additional play time is subject to availability, capacity and additional charges.

Parents and guardians must remain inside or near the play area as required by staff. DreamDora staff may provide general assistance and safety guidance, but they are not babysitters, personal attendants, medical carers or individual child supervisors.

By entering the playground, customers acknowledge that play activities carry natural and inherent risks. Parents and guardians are responsible for assessing whether the facilities are suitable for their child’s age, ability, health condition, confidence level and behaviour.

DreamDora may refuse entry or stop participation if a customer is not wearing suitable socks, footwear or clothing. Sharp accessories, loose items, unsafe clothing or items that may damage equipment are not allowed inside the play area.

DreamDora reserves the right to refuse entry, stop play or remove any child or adult who behaves dangerously, damages property, ignores staff instructions, disturbs other guests, uses abusive language or creates safety concerns. No refund will be provided in such cases.

In the event of maintenance, private event booking, venue capacity limits, safety checks, emergency closure, power outage, system issue or any matter beyond DreamDora’s control, DreamDora may offer rescheduling or credit at its discretion instead of cash refund.

Customers are responsible for respecting the privacy of other families. Commercial filming, influencer shoots, media usage or professional photography may require prior written approval from DreamDora.
