Important Terms Before Purchase
- Single Access tickets are valid only 3 months after the purchasing date.
- Participants below 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above.
- Tickets purchased are non-refundable, not for resale, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Dreamdora reserves the right to verify the booking details before entry.
- By purchasing, the customer is deemed to have read and accepted the booking terms and playground rules.

10X Pass Terms & Protection Notes
- 10X Pass is valid only for the selected pass type purchased.
- Each redemption follows the same entry rule: 1 child + 1 adult per admission unless otherwise stated.
- Pass usage must be redeemed according to Dreamdora’s current validity and redemption rules.
- Unused entries are not refundable, not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be used to offset other packages unless approved by Dreamdora.
- Sharing is allowed only when the pass holder provides the correct booking or redemption details.
- Dreamdora may refuse redemption if the pass is misused, duplicated, resold, or used against playground rules.
- All participants must complete the waiver form and follow playground safety instructions before entry.

- VIP Annual Membership is valid for the registered child and registered parent or guardian details only, unless Dreamdora approves otherwise.
- Membership benefits are subject to availability, operating hours, capacity limits, private events, maintenance, and safety rules.
- Membership is non-refundable, non-transferable, not for resale, and cannot be exchanged for cash after confirmation.
- Discounts and benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, or special offers unless stated by Dreamdora.
- Dreamdora may request identity, booking, or membership verification before allowing entry or applying benefits.
- Dreamdora may suspend or cancel membership access if there is misuse, aggressive behaviour, unsafe conduct, or repeated breach of playground rules.
- All children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.

Add-ons Terms & Protection Notes
- Add-ons are valid only together with a confirmed main playground pass, 10X Pass redemption, or membership visit.
- Add-ons do not include admission unless the add-on name clearly states that admission is included.
- Grip socks are required for playground hygiene and safety. Customers may use their own suitable grip socks if accepted by Dreamdora.
- Additional adults and additional children must follow the same safety, waiver, and supervision rules.
- Add-ons purchased are non-refundable, not for resale, and cannot be exchanged for cash after confirmation.
- Dreamdora may refuse add-on entry if venue capacity, safety limits, or age rules are not met.
- Any wrong add-on selection should be reported before payment. Changes after payment are subject to Dreamdora’s approval.
